Submission Guidelines

Authors who wish to present their research at the conference are required to follow the submission guidelines outlined below. Researchers, academicians, professionals, and students are invited to submit original research that is relevant to the themes and academic scope of the conference.

Types of Submissions

Participants may submit either an abstract or a full research paper depending on the submission stage and conference requirements. Abstract submission is usually required during the initial stage of the review process.

Abstract Preparation

The abstract should clearly present the purpose of the study, research methodology, key findings, and the contribution of the research. The recommended length of the abstract is between 150 and 300 words. Authors should also include the following information.

• Title of the paper
• Names of all authors
• Institutional affiliations
• Three to five relevant keywords

Full Paper Preparation

The full paper should normally be between 4000 and 8000 words including references. Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English and should follow standard academic writing conventions.

Formatting Requirements

Authors are advised to follow the formatting requirements below when preparing their manuscripts.

• Font style Times New Roman
• Font size 12 for main text
• Line spacing 1.5
• Standard page margins of approximately one inch on all sides

Tables and figures should be clearly labeled and referenced within the text. Authors should ensure that all figures and tables are of good quality and appropriately placed in the manuscript.

Citation and Referencing

All sources used in the manuscript must be properly cited. Authors should follow APA referencing style or another widely accepted academic citation style if specified by the conference organizers. All references cited in the text must be listed in the reference section.

Recommended Paper Structure

A standard research paper should normally include the following sections.

• Title of the paper
• Author names and institutional affiliations
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Literature review
• Research methodology
• Results or findings
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• References

Originality and Plagiarism Policy

All submissions must represent original work of the authors. Papers that are under review or previously published in another conference or journal should not be submitted. Submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection tools to ensure academic integrity.

Review and Acceptance Process

Submitted abstracts and papers will be reviewed to ensure they meet academic standards and align with the scope of the conference. Authors whose submissions are accepted will be invited to present their research either at the conference venue or through virtual participation depending on the selected participation mode.

Conference Proceedings

Accepted abstracts may be included in the conference abstract proceedings. Conference programs and proceedings may also be made available on the conference organizing website.

Registration Requirement

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration in order for the paper to be included in the conference program.
