Registration fee refund is available in the following case, only
- Registration fee is received at least 40 days before the event date.
- Cancellation is communicated at least 30 days before the event date.
If above conditions are met, refund amount shall be registration fee received minus $150 Administrative expense, further transfer cost (if applicable) shall also be deducted.

1. Oral Presentation
Oral Presentations shall take 10-15 minutes, excluding 3-5 minutes for Q&A.
Submitting Your Presentation
All speakers must bring their presentation on a USB/flash drive at least 10 minutes before the session start time.
2. Virtual
Virtual presentation shall be the mode for online/virtual conference, and in case of the offline conference, a session has been added for those who due to unforeseen reasons are unable to attend in-person.
3. Poster
GCBMS, welcomes Poster Presentation session; You must prepare for the poster presentation in advance. The poster must cover KEY POINTS, be attractive, A1 Size, contain salient features of your work, have the propensity to initiate further discussion, be succinct. with title, the author name(s) and affiliations at the top
Poster Printing
Post Printing is the responsibility of the author, so you are requested to bring your posters to the conference
